$ 749.00 + 105 for each related questioned item --- This Brief is for non judicial or for a preliminary application -- not for submission as evidence in court.
$ 975.00 + 210 for *each related questioned

is a detailed report, with exhibits, prepared in full
compliance with forensic evidence rules and additional 'special form' requirements of submiision in civil or criminal courts across Canada. Custom Quotes are provided for the following: a) *when there are more than 4 related questioned items in a submission. b)
for 'On-Location' examinations, where it may not be possible or
practical to submit documents directly to our lab facility. c) if
you advance your case from one service level to another within 30 days of the
completion of the
previous service, 20% of the new service fee will be discounted.
Expert
Witness Testimony:
If
the examiner is called upon to provide expert witness testimony
with respect to his Formal Report, the
fee on retainer, for preparation and testimony, will be quoted the same
as the fee for the related formal report, plus an estimate for
time if beyond a day, and any travel and related expenses. ( Video-link testimony may be allowed by the court in lieu of travel, particularly across Provincial lines. ) *as

Notes on Documents Submisson:
While our uncompromising goal is to serve the truth and always maintain strictest objectivity in our forensic examinations, we are here to offer you our guidance with respect to documents in order to obtain the most definitive analytic results. In the case of comparative examination of handwriting or signatures, we require the questioned document(s) and sufficient comparative documents, whether they are original (ideal), reasonable clarity photocopies, or combination of both. We can help you determine the number of documents that may be most useful to the analysis. Dates on documents are also an important consideration when prioritizing which documents may be of most relevance to a comparative examination, and there are several factors that may govern that decision. Generally, however, documents dated closest to the known or to the 'stated' date of the questioned document(s) should be given the higher priority. Finally, do not mark up submitted documents, whether originals or photocopies !
